Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / secondary education (Diploma preferred).
• Proven retail or sales management experience.

• Ability to plan, organize, and oversee store operations.
• Knowledge of sales targets, promotions, and visual merchandising.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints professionally.
