Job summary

Assist with daily store operations and ensure the outlet runs smoothly.

Receive, check, record, arrange, and return stocks and merchandise.

Replenish shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.

Check merchandise condition and report damaged or incorrect items.

Keep the store clean, neat, organized, and safe.

Operate the cashier/POS system and store equipment according to company procedures.

Take good care of company property, equipment, and store assets.

Assist customers and provide friendly and helpful service.

Handle customer requests and escape issues when necessary.

Follow store safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.

1–3 years of retail experience is preferred.

Candidates with supervisory experience are encouraged to apply.
