Job description

Responsibilities

• Able to handle Airfreight and Ocean Freight.
• Handle shipping activity with regards to documentation, booking and coordination.
• Monitor and follow up on shipment movement.
• Deal with overseas clients (different time zones).
• Ensure customer requests, enquiries or complaints are attended and responded.
• Sort documents for dispatch, billing, reporting and filing.
• Assist senior in day-to-day operation.
• Perform other tasks assigned.

• Minimum education: Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Others or equivalent.

• Willing to work in the nearby Queensbay Mall area and have own transport.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates who will serve Mandarin-speaking customers (handling China Trade lane)
