IT Helpdesk personnel for software and hardware support in Coherent Malaysia Plant 2 (Perai)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Software and Hardware support in the plant
- Assist engineers in maintaining system uptime & timely resolution & escalation of problems and issues
- Provide support to end users in maintaining IT developed system and corporate system (Oracle, Okta, Email, CrowdStrike, etc)
- Provide MES shop floor system support
Education & Experience
- A Diploma in Computer Studies or Computer support related field or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience for computer hardware and software support, telecommunication, email etc.
- Working in electronic manufacturing factor
Skills
- Familiar with Microsoft MS Office and OS cloning / SCCM deployment
- Familiar with Dell/Lenovo computers and laptop troubleshooting
- Zebra/Intermec Barcode printer and HP LaserJet printer maintenance
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
Working Conditions
- This role is 100% onsite
- Rotating shift support (12-hours)
