Job summary

CBH Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Safety Health & Environment Officer to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our SHE management systems across multi-site projects in Malaysia.

You will drive ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate reporting, and facilitate SHE meetings. A Diploma/Degree in OSH or related field with at least 2 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other SHE management systems (CISEC and Cep SWAM).
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar SHE role, preferably in a multi-site or project-based organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System).
• Support the implementation of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Coordinate collection, compilation, and submission of SHE reports from all project and operational sites.
• Coordinate SHE-related meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions.
