Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Safety, Health and Environment in warehousing or logistics.
• Experience hazard identification and risk assessments with controls.
• Proven ability to investigate injuries and near misses with root-cause analysis.
• Experience SHE inspections, audits and emergency drills with follow-up.
• Ability to coach drivers and contractors and deliver SHE training.

Responsibilities

• Support adherence to company SHE principles and legal requirements.
• Assist in NSMS/NEMS compliance and other instructions.
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve SHE objectives.
• Support audits readiness and address non-conformities.
• Conduct warehouse safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Monitor road safety programmes and driver performance.
