Job summary

Sinergia Talents Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled sewer to join our manufacturing team in Bandar Puncak Alam. You will operate industrial sewing machines and handle fabric cutting and sewing tasks while ensuring product quality and adherence to specifications.

Applicants should be comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts and able to work independently with minimum supervision in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Qualification in engineering-related diploma/certificate or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Experience in garment production or fabric industries is a plus.
• Ability to read, write and understand instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate simple machines to manufacture company's products.
• Perform production equipment basic care and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all products meet order specifications.
• Perform basic quality checks and dimension verification.
• Sew and cut E-glass hydrophobic cloth.
• Operate and maintain sewing machines (industrial).
• Record production details, quality and defects accurately.
• Follow planned production and work schedule.
• Housekeeping and equipment cleaning.
• Pack, label, store goods.
• Fully comply with company policies and guidelines.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate sewer to join our team.

If you have experience working with various fabrics and using industrial sewing machines.

This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Job responsibilities

• Operate simple machines to manufacture companys products.
• Perform production equipment basic care and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all products are according to order specifications.
• Perform simple product quality and dimensions checking.
• Sew and cutting E-glass hydrophobic cloth.
• Operate and maintain sewing machines (e.g., industrial sewing machines).
• Record all production details, quality, and defects accurately without delay.
• Follow planned production and work schedule.
• Carry out daily workstation housekeeping and equipment cleaning.
• Perform goods packaging, labelling, storage, etc
• Fully comply to company policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidates must possess either SPM / SKM / IKBN / ILP / Certificate / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronic / Industrial / Technology / Manufacturing) or equivalent.
• Able to understand, read, and write in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Normal physical mobility, normal vision.
• Experience with garment production, tailoring, or other fabric-based industries is a plus.
• Able to perform independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication, include speaking, writing and active listening and taking instruction.
• Process good discipline, and able to work well with others.
• Willing to undergo job rotation, 12 hours rotating shift schedules or cross training.
