The role involves managing a full pest control route, adhering to health & safety standards, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in pest management, be competent in pesticide application, and have a strong commitment to customer service. A clean driver's license is essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment and expects flexibility in scheduling.

• To be able to identify and explore new sales opportunities and accurately discuss Pestkil service options.
• Engage in inhouse mandatory professional development workshops regularly.

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the Pest Management Industry
• Working knowledge of Pestpac or other similar industry software is required.
• A sound knowledge of pesticides and pest biology is required.
• Experience and or operational knowledge of the Sentricon baiting system and or Heat treatment, as well as Lawn/Plant treatments is required.
• Experience working with both a residential and commercial customer base.
• OSHA general certification and or CPR certified preferred
• Clean Driver’s License is essential.
