To perform supportive roles to Service Sales Engineers

To provide customer service to all customers in order to maximize service sales and customer satisfaction

To provide regular feedback to Service Field Engineer in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Service Operation

Key Responsibility:

To assist Service Sales Engineers in the pursuit of service sales target and payment collection

To build up relationships with contract and non-contract customers

To ensure accuracy of job costing and service sales forecast

To maintain high morale among service department staffs

To promote service sales leads to Service Operations Engineers

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma in engineering / sciences or equivalent.

Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.

SAP Experience would be advantageous.

Position is required in Petaling Jaya (HQ).

At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
