Job description

Responsible for the services work on products as well as systems within the organization and possible support overseas clients

Resolving servicing issues, identify spare parts, carry out repairs (e.g. mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, control technology, pneumatics.)

Carry out preventive servicing in accordance to servicing list

Identify needed spare parts, confirm and arrange on order with customers.

Provide interim solutions with in-house service and management as well as discuss with customer. Ensure documentation on service application done.

Implement documentation on introduction and installation feedback in accordance to quality management.

Provide service training for customers and keep internal in-house service informed, develop training documents

Advise customers on necessary repair points and keep servicing check list updated

Perform rebuilding and retrofitting as well as carry out service updates and data protections.

Consult customers concerning technical innovations

Encourage improvements and document technical weak spots in additional report

Investigate the efficiency when carrying out the production assistance with client

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent.

Preferably with 2 years’ experience in similar environment/related field will be an added advantage and preferable with some experience in MNC

Able to work independently and good problem solving skill

Team player with optimistic, persistent attitude, able to work under pressure and time constraints

Experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, IT) and other Windows Based programming tools (QuickFlow; TruControl)

Good command both spoken and written English. Knowledge of German language an added advantage

Flexible to travel (inside Asia or Germany)
