Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, commissioning, and training of vision inspection systems, and machine acceptance.
• Pay frequent customer visits for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Handle machine maintenance, and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
• Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar technical services job. Experience in inspection supply or printing machinery would be a bonus.
• Diploma degree or above. Major in mechanical, IT, automation, or electrical is preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
• Good communication skills, hardworking, self-motivated, and a good team player.
• Knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems; can read and draw basic drawings.
• Familiar with office software, such as Office and WPS; know how to use AutoCAD at a basic level.
