The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Chinese, with 3-5 years of experience in machine service. Responsibilities include managing spare parts, preparing documentation, and liaising with global customers. Willingness to travel and adapt to different time zones is a must.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese, able to read and write in both languages.
• Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in machine service and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel overseas, particularly to Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite or remote machine installation and troubleshooting.
• Handle spare parts management and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain machine manuals and documentation.
• Manage project trials and DFM documentation for the factory.
• Monitor project schedules for timely completion.
• Support customers during overtime, including different time zones.
• Liaise with international customers and engineers.

• Working Arrangement: Onsite, with travel required within APAC and Europe

Key Responsibilities

• Perform onsite or remote machine installation and resolve technical issues or troubleshooting as needed.
• Handle spare parts management and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain machine manuals and related documentation.
• Manage new project trials, address customer requirements, and prepare Design for Manufacturability (DFM) documentation for the factory.
• Monitor and follow up on project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Willingness to work overtime to support customers worldwide, including those in different time zones.
• Liaise primarily with international customers and engineers at the company headquarters.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to read and write in both languages.
• Willingness to travel overseas, with current projects mainly based in Thailand.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize customer requirements, and respond to urgent requests.
• Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in machine service, troubleshooting, and project handling.
