Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team at Yoursnackies Desserts @ The Exchange TRX / Cheras Maluri in Kuala Lumpur. As a Service Crew, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service, including greeting customers, processing transactions, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Basic Barista Skills including Latte Arts.
• Restocking and maintaining the presentation of product displays to ensure the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control
• Ensuring the retail space is clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

• A friendly, customer-service oriented attitude with the ability to provide an exceptional level of customer care
• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is highly desirable
• Crew with Barista skills will be prioritised.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to juggle various responsibilities effectively
