Job description

A full-time Service Crew / Barista position is available at ROOTS F&B (KL) SDN BHD, based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. This role is vital in delivering an exceptional customer experience within our vibrant and growing hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive table service to customers.

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages.

Preparing a wide range of specialty coffee drinks to the highest standard, including knowledge of mocktails and beverage presentation.

Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Maintaining a clean and organized work station.

Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation.

Participating in regular barista training and development.

Supporting the café team as needed.

Ensuring the dining area is clean, well-stocked and maintained to the highest standard.

Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

What we're looking for
