Job summary

Gong Cha is seeking a dedicated team member to join its rapidly expanding Malaysia store in Semenyih. You will assist at the cashier, bar and kitchen, interact with customers with a smile, and help drive sales through friendly service.

You will ensure day-to-day operations align with management direction, communicate constructively with the team, and handle stock logistics between store room and outlet to support smooth service.
