We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator for one of a Medical Device MNC that specialises with medical equipment. This position requires your urgent attention.

  • Reporting to: Service Manager
  • Excellent employee compensation and benefits

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact, providing immediate technical support, troubleshooting product issues, and ensuring quick case resolution.
  • Managing resource scheduling and dispatching field service engineers to ensure efficient, timely service delivery.
  • Proactively drive revenue by managing the renewal and re-connection of service contracts within the existing customer base.
  • Maintain data accuracy in the CRM, ensure compliance with all policies, and lead continuous improvement projects for service processes.
Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, Business Studies or related qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the medical device industry.
  • Resourceful, analytic and able to work under pressure
