Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and sales-driven individuals to join our team at our Telco Service Centre located in major shopping malls. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, handling service-related matters, and promoting telco products and devices to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries related to mobile, internet, and telco products.
  • Promote and recommend suitable telco plans, devices, and accessories based on customer needs.
  • Handle new line registrations, plan upgrades, SIM replacements, and billing-related inquiries.
  • Provide accurate product information, ongoing promotions, and after-sales support.
  • Process transactions and ensure proper documentation in accordance with company SOP.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the retail and technical teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional image of the service centre at all times.
Qualifications
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in retail, telco, or customer service is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Friendly, proactive, and confident in handling customers and closing sales.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Benefits

Salary & Benefits:

  • Junior Level (Fresh / <2 years experience): RM2,150 – RM2,500
  • Senior Level (2 years & above in Telco Retail): RM3,500 – RM5,000

Allowances:

  • Mandarin Language Allowance (RM300)
Working Conditions

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 10:30 PM (Follow mall operation hours)

Working Days:

  • Option 1: 4 working days, 3 off days
  • Option 2: 5 working days, 2 off days
  • Located Monday – Sunday, rotational shift.

Working hours are subject to change based on business and operational requirements.
