Job summary

An engineering service company in Bayan Lepas is seeking a Calibration Engineer to oversee daily activities in service, repair, and technical support. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Engineering and possess at least 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include site installations, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance. The role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently, along with a willingness to travel.

• Knowledge of computer skills is essential.
• Possess own transport & willing to travel outstation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility for the daily activities of the service, repair, calibration & Technical support division
• To perform site installation, commissioning & repair works when required.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve issues.
• Responsible for coordinating and reviewing any technical issue concerning which liaise with the principal.
• Providing technical assistance and support.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Any other related job when required by the Head of Department
