Job Description
  • Handle customer requests for routine vehicle maintenance and servicing.
  • Manage ad-hoc issues such as breakdowns, repeat jobs, or rescheduled bookings.
  • Review and approve workshop repair estimates and issue work order approvals.
  • Coordinate accident repairs by liaising with insurance providers and workshops.
  • Provide customers with technical advice and information to ensure proper vehicle upkeep.
  • Proactively design and implement measures to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams for timely processing of dealer invoices.
  • Monitor and control service approval costs to remain within budget.
The Successful Applicant
  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering/Automotive or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in automotive service (maintenance, repair evaluation, cost assessment).
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.
  • Experience in an international or fast-changing environment is an advantage.
