Job Description
- Handle customer requests for routine vehicle maintenance and servicing.
- Manage ad-hoc issues such as breakdowns, repeat jobs, or rescheduled bookings.
- Review and approve workshop repair estimates and issue work order approvals.
- Coordinate accident repairs by liaising with insurance providers and workshops.
- Provide customers with technical advice and information to ensure proper vehicle upkeep.
- Proactively design and implement measures to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams for timely processing of dealer invoices.
- Monitor and control service approval costs to remain within budget.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering/Automotive or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in automotive service (maintenance, repair evaluation, cost assessment).
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.
- Experience in an international or fast-changing environment is an advantage.
