Job summary

Carbone World Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic marketing professional in Kuala Lumpur to plan and execute SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategies. You will create engaging content, manage campaigns across major platforms, and produce short-form videos to boost brand visibility.

The role requires a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, plus hands-on experience with SEO tools and content creation.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Experience managing social media ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Good knowledge of content creation, photography, and short-form video editing.
• Creative mindset with attention to trends and details.
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and content analysis.
• Create, manage, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos suitable for different platforms.
• Run social media advertising campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
• Monitor and analyze SEO and social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and improvement plans.
• Write catchy captions, posts, and video scripts aligned with brand voice.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and apply new strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to execute campaigns effectively.
