  • Driver yield analysis and improvement activities using automated yield tools.
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve all data-loading errors and yield data discrepancies.
  • Support and maintain yield tools such as PDF, Spotfire, and GYM.
  • Support new tool features, UAT cycles, bug tracking, and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with global teams to provide analysis and recommendations.

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Driver yield analysis and improvement activities using automated yield tools.
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve all data-loading errors and yield data discrepancies.
  • Support and maintain yield tools such as PDF, Spotfire, and GYM.
  • Support new tool features, UAT cycles, bug tracking, and enhancements.
  • Custom scripting.
  • Coordinate with global Product Engineering, Test, Operations, and Quality teams to provide key analysis and data-driven recommendations that improve product cost and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
  • Strong interest in programming.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge in the following areas:
    • Spotfire template development.
    • SQL programming.
    • Python programming.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor test flow (CP/WS/FT) is an advantage.
