At Swarovski, where innovation meets inspiration, we are seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer. In this role you will own, enhance, and support the Workday integrations that connect to downstream and upstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow and business continuity.
- Perform general accounting and reporting tasks such as processing journal entries, calculating accruals, posting, and allocation processes.
- Own the Workday integrations for the assigned area, providing guidance and coaching to peers and the Team Lead on system capabilities and advanced optimization techniques.
- Lead the entire feature adoption lifecycle for the assigned integrations: identify improvement opportunities, obtain approvals, configure, test, and deploy new or enhanced integrations.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, implement solutions, and coordinate and lead project work plan activities.
- Manage Workday bi‑annual release cycles for the assigned technical area, developing best practice reviews and readiness plans.
- Research new enhancements and improvement opportunities through the Workday Community and maintain professional networks with other Workday customers.
- Configure, set up, develop test plans, and deploy new Workday integrations and configuration updates.
- Act as Level 2 Expert, supporting the Workday Support team in evaluating integration issues and enhancement requests, determining business insights, effort, and prioritization for the roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Workday Support team and Training & Engagement specialists to resolve repeated issues, errors, or training questions affecting Swarovski’s configuration.
- Maintain and improve technical knowledge of Workday within the assigned integration area.
- Partner closely with Workday Functional Developers to ensure end‑to‑end operation of Workday.
- Work with the Workday Data Quality team to ensure data quality and integrity through regular maintenance and system audits.
About you
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent command of English.
- Hands‑on experience with Workday Integrations across all functional areas, with in‑depth knowledge of the assigned area (Workday certified).
- Experience developing Workday Extend applications.
- Knowledge of HRIS aspects of HR processes such as performance review, merit cycle, and onboarding.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data and discern relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong listener.
- Team player with excellent organization, prioritization, project, and time‑management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to build effective work relationships at all organizational levels and explain technical concepts to non‑technical colleagues.
- Experience supporting and partnering with diverse, globally dispersed stakeholders and team members.
