A global footwear leader seeks a Senior Wholesale Executive / Assistant Wholesale Manager in Kuala Lumpur. Responsible for managing key accounts and achieving sales goals, the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales and strong analytical and communication skills. This role involves proactive account management and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure business success.

Responsible for the representation and sale of Skechers products with Key Accounts based upon brand priorities for each account while managing, developing and building upon sustainable and profitable businesses.
Proactive account management including sales analysis, inventory models and rates of sale, identify opportunities to improve existing business, secure new business opportunities through monitoring of competitive activities/performance; quickly address business challenges with well-thought out solutions.
Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise each season from sell-in to sell-through.
Coordinate and prepare seasonal product presentations.
Achieve sales goals by quarter and by category as defined by Company.
Develop and maintain strong relationship with all levels of account management and internal departments that work with key accounts.
Manage accounts through business planning, inventory control and analysis.
Continual sales analysis by managing product life cycles, inventory models and capitalize on successes and address issues as needed.
Monitor competitor's activities and performance, along with implementing strategies and tactics to compete.
Work in close partnership with all cross functional teams to provide the highest level of "customer happiness" service and product expertise from sell-in to sell-through, driven by Skechers strategic goals.
Deliver all required reports such as weekly sell-thru analysis on time.
Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Business and or equivalent.
Ideally 3 to 5 years' experience in Sales (Fashion/ Sports Retail, FMCG), intimate knowledge of Key Account management is an added advantage.
Experience and track record of success working with major accounts increasing revenue, creating and driving a holistic business plan inclusive of short and long-term business strategies and financial targets.
Experience and knowledge of retail fluency and account profitability models with an ability to drive a profitable account business.
Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to drive a profitable account business.
Ability to influence both cross functional and vertically within industry and marketplace.
Managing complexity of different categories and accounts.
Strong analytical skills, business drive joint with sensitivity for products.
Proactive and team player.
