Agensi Pekerjaan Ideal Reliance is seeking a UI Developer to focus on the front-end of CTOS internal applications. You will maintain and enhance web front ends using NextJS and Angular, and may also support mobile apps written in Flutter.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of front-end experience.
• HTML, NodeJS-based technologies; NextJS with SSR.
• Familiarity with ReactJS/Angular.
• CSS and TailwindCSS proficiency.
• TypeScript knowledge.
• Flutter familiarity.
• Testing with Jest/Playwright.

Responsabilités

• Work with system analyst to develop front end per requirements and specs.
• Upgrade and maintain technical specifications; merge code in GitLab
• Prepare unit and integration tests for Sonar/GitLab and automation tasks.
• Conduct peer reviews and share coding best practices.
• Maintain systems once running; support deployments.
• Build, test, and support various applications per business requests.
• Execute deployments and monitor integration; lifecycle maintenance.
• Use Jira for task tracking linked to GitLab and development work.
• Perform proper testing and post-deployment monitoring.
• Troubleshoot issues and learn new technologies for UI web/mobile implementations.

This UI Developer role is to focus on the front-end side of the applications developed internally in CTOS. The UI Developer is expected to maintain and enhance existing web front ends which is using NextJS / Angular and also might be required to also maintains mobile application written in Flutter. There is standardization on going to bring all application up to date to use NextJS. Being part of our Software Development team, focus on developmental work and on-going internal and external technical support. This position requires critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on bringing new ideas to life through application development. This role will involve substantial brainstorming, teamwork, and knowledge sharing.

MAIN TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional Responsibilities

Work closely with system analyst to develop front end to the requirement and functional specification. Upgrade and maintain technical specifications, perform code commit/merging in GitLab/SVN. Prepare unit and integration tests for Sonar/Gitlab and scheduled automation procedures. Conduct peer reviews and share knowledge on coding practices and latest technology stacks. Maintain systems once they are up and running. Build, test, and support various applications as per the business support department’s requests. Execute all system feature deployments and monitor successful integration, maintaining the system throughout its lifecycle. Use Jira as the tracker tool for development and other support linked to GitLab. Able to do proper testing. Proper application monitoring post deployment. Able to troubleshoot issues. Able to do implementations matching back the specifications - Able to learn new technology and do proper R&D when needed - Will focus on implementation of Web / Mobile User Interface.

Able to work with the team to develop solutions that matches the requirements. Able to work with other departments to ensure the solutions developed matches the other departments’ expectations. Education / Certification

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experiences. HTML, NodeJS based technologies. Familiar with NextJS – Understand Server Side Rendering. ReactJS/Angular familiarity can be considered. CSS – Familiar with normal CSS and TailwindCSS. Understand Component Based UI Development. Familiar with TypeScript. Familiar with Flutter. Familiar with Testing Tools like Jest / Playwright.

Employment Details

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and skillset

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Persiaran Barat, Seksyen 52 Petaling Jaya, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
