Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of responsive websites and web applications.

Design scalable architecture and ensure best coding practices are implemented across all projects.

Develop both front-end and back-end components with high performance and reliability.

Technical Leadership & Code Quality

Review, test, and optimize code to maintain performance, security, and maintainability.

Guide junior developers through technical mentorship, code reviews, and project direction.

Establish and enforce coding standards, deployment processes, and best practices.

UI/UX & Integration

Work closely with designers to transform creative concepts into functional, user-friendly digital experiences.

Integrate APIs, payment gateways, third-party applications, and internal systems.

Optimization & Performance

Implement web analytics tools, SEO improvements, and performance tracking systems.

Optimize website loading speed, security protocols, and server efficiency.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Project & Workflow Management

Manage the full web development lifecycle — from planning to deployment.

Maintain documentation, version control (Git), and ensure proper testing before release.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and product units.

Work closely with the leadership team to align web strategy with company goals.

Provide insights and recommendations for new technologies and process improvements.

Support cross-department initiatives such as marketing campaigns, e-commerce launches, and automation projects.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer, Full-Stack Developer, or Technical Lead.

Strong understanding of database management (MySQL, MongoDB) and API integration.

Solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, and security best practices.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Able to work under minimal supervision and lead a small development team.

Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, writing, and reading) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and teams.
