RHB Bank Berhad in Malaysia seeks a results-oriented sales professional to develop and execute sales plans for new and existing customers sourced from LMS leads and self-generated opportunities. You will collaborate with PBC, branches, and regional teams on campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

The role includes providing investment and wealth advisory services, reviewing portfolios to grow assets under management, and pursuing cross-selling to boost revenue.

Qualificações

• Degree holder.
• CFP certification with valid licenses (FIMM, PCE, CEILI, IPPC).
• Minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably in wealth management and banca products within financial institutions.
• Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess all relevant licenses required for the portfolio.
• Strong sales and results-oriented mindset.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales plans for new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with branch and regional teams on campaigns and activities.
• Provide investment and wealth advisory services to customers, including portfolio management support.
• Review client portfolios periodically to grow Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Arrange appointments, conduct sales visits, and maintain ongoing client engagement.
• Prepare sales performance reports and competitor analyses for management.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and sales code of ethics.
