Manage day-to-day coordination with 3PL to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfilment and continuous improvement on inbound/outbound operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key daily contact point to 3PL for inbound receiving, put-away, picking/packing, outbound dispatch, and returns handling.
• Ensure on-time order fulfilment and delivery readiness: monitor cut-off times, dispatch schedules, and resolve daily exceptions to protect OTIF performance.
• Drive process optimization for inbound/outbound: reduce cycle time, rework, and picking errors; improve packing quality and dispatch accuracy.
• Own operational KPI management with 3PL: define/track SLA and KPIs (OTIF, picking accuracy, lead time, damage rate), conduct weekly/monthly reviews, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage inventory control and accuracy at 3PL: transaction discipline, cycle count/stocktake coordination, variance investigation, and closure tracking.
• Handle operational issues and claims: shortage, damage, mis-pick, late dispatch; coordinate evidence collection and implement preventive actions.
• Ensure system and data alignment (SAP/ERP vs receiver/WMS reports): reconcile key discrepancies and maintain clean, auditable records.
• Provide periodic performance reporting to HQ and propose improvement roadmap with measurable actions.
• Work closely with Customer Service/Sales/Planning to prioritize urgent orders and support customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in warehouse/logistics operations; experience managing or coordinating with 3PL is required.
• Strong understanding of warehouse inbound/outbound workflows and KPI-driven operations.
• Data savvy: strong Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP preferred); able to analyse data and drive actions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills; able to negotiate and influence 3PL for timely execution.
• Independent, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to handle daily operational exceptions under time pressure.
• English required; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a plus (depending on 3PL/site communication needs).
• Willing and able to be at the 3PL site in Bukit Raja, Klang
