Key Responsibilities

Conceptualise and shoot high‑quality video content for a diverse range of clients and campaigns.

Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate ideas into visually compelling narratives.

Manage and mentor a team of junior videographers, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

Stay up‑to‑date with the latest video production trends, technologies, and techniques.

Oversee the post‑production process, including editing, colour grading, and audio mixing.

Ensure all video deliverables meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Actively contribute to the continued development and refinement of our video production workflows.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of professional videography experience, preferably in an agency or creative studio setting.
