About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Video Producer to lead our production team. This role is perfect for someone who not only has strong technical expertise in videography and editing but also thrives in guiding, mentoring, and directing others to bring creative projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end video production, from pre‑production planning to final delivery.

Direct shoots, guiding both the crew and on‑camera talent to achieve desired outcomes.

Review and edit footage, ensuring high‑quality output that meets creative and client expectations.

Provide mentorship, training, and creative guidance to junior videographers and editors.

Collaborate closely with project managers, creative leads, and clients to translate ideas into impactful video content.

Uphold and maintain brand standards, technical quality, and storytelling consistency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Video Producer, Senior Videographer, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of camera operations, settings, lighting, and sound.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Ability to direct shoots, manage sets, and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

Leadership qualities with a collaborative and supportive approach to team management.

Based in or willing to relocate to Penang.
