Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking a vehicle inspection professional to ensure cars meet regulatory standards and to perform daily vehicle examinations. You will report to the Retail Manager at the Retail Centre and handle documentation and customer service throughout the inspection process.

Key tasks include inspecting interiors and exteriors, capturing photos, generating reports, and following up with customers after inspections.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment of vehicle condition (interior, exterior, odometer reading, trunk area, engine compartment).
• Note damage or repair to frame, paint, engine, AC/heater operation, radio, navigation system, tires, etc.
