Job summary

Roland Berger in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Senior Specialist Treasury (FX Focus). You will proactively manage foreign currency risks and contribute to cash and liquidity management in an international environment.

The position requires strong treasury applications knowledge, analytical skills and a results-driven approach to support the global F&C function and treasury strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Advisory.
• Solid FX management and currency risk experience.
• Experience with treasury systems and liquidity planning.
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI or similar tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operational and strategic management of foreign currency risks.
• Analysis of currency positions and exposure reports.
• Development and monitoring of FX hedging strategies.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders and international subsidiaries.
• Management of cash and liquidity in an international environment.
• Contribution to treasury strategy and treasury policies.
• Optimization and digitization of treasury processes and systems.
• Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury closings.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute actively to inter-disciplinary projects for global F&C.
