Job summary

Deloitte Malaysia is seeking a Senior Transfer Pricing professional to lead engagements from planning to execution. You will align cross‑border tax strategies, coordinate with global teams, and advise on restructurings and M&A activities while driving client value and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in transfer pricing, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Economics/Taxation or similar professional qualification.
• At least 7 years transfer pricing experience, preferably in Big4.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese/Japanese a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; knowledge of transfer pricing tools is a plus.
• Advanced project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer pricing engagements from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate multi‑jurisdictional projects with global offices.
• Advise on cross‑border transactions, restructurings, M&As and operating model changes.
• Collaborate with tax, GST, customs, international tax and Deloitte network.
• Manage multiple client engagements, balancing quality, timelines and delivery.
• Coach and develop team members to foster a high‑performing culture.
