A successful Senior Total Rewards Analyst (APAC) should have:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits in a Centre of Excellence (COE) or regional team.
  • Regional experience across APAC markets with knowledge of local regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP), and benchmarking tools (Mercer, WTW).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
