The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 6+ years in manufacturing or NPI program management, strong leadership, and proven cross-functional coordination in high-tech environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Elec/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
6+ years in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or NPI program management.
Proven cross-functional project management in a test manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing operations, and production ramp-up.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with global manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers preferred.
Software coding and test development experience.
Strong leadership and influencing skills.
Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making capability.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with multiple projects.
Experience in high-tech electronics or test/measurement manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead test manufacturing readiness activities for new product introductions from concept through volume production.
Develop and manage integrated test project plans with cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and external partners.
Drive readiness reviews covering test production setup, materials, capacity, test infrastructure, systems, and resources.
Identify, assess and mitigate risks related to schedule, quality, materials, capacity, equipment and processes.
Monitor project execution, track milestones and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
Support capital equipment planning and facility requirements to meet future demand.
Lead issue resolution through structured problem-solving with cross-functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality and performance.
Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements and manufacturing standards.
