Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of working experience in MNC industries; 8 years in high-mix, high-volume manufacturing is preferred.
• Willing to work on a 12-hour shift and solve basic technical issues.
• Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis and poka-yoke principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and qualify equipment, tools, and fixtures for production.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve yield.
• Execute high-precision assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment.
