Job summary

Celestica is seeking an Associate Engineer, Test Manufacturing (Night Shift) in Johor Bahru to own the complete manufacturing test strategy for new electromechanical products. You will design test requirements, qualify fixtures, and develop automated test software for the production line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with 6–8 years in a manufacturing test environment.
• Experience defining, developing, and implementing test strategies for new hardware products.
• Deep knowledge of DFT and DFM and practical application in production.
• Hands-on test automation and scripting with Visual Basic, LabVIEW, or Python.
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and own the complete manufacturing test strategy for NPI and production.
• Develop and qualify test fixtures and automated software for production testing.
• Investigate complex yield issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train technicians and bridge R&D with manufacturing to ensure quality.
• Evaluate new test technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
