Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Product Development team to understand functional requirements of new/existing products and assemblies
• Develop robust test solutions including interfacing firmware/software and test jig for product testing
• Introduce test processes, monitor functional test yield and take corrective actions and scrap cost reductions
• Responsible to improve the test fixture reliability, improve the test jig down time
• Responsible to support the production line for trouble shooting the test system
• Improve efficiency in test data collection, CPK test report generation
• Validate and maintain production test fixture by using GR&R, and provide report
• Provide production PC’s, IT support for production data imaging, backups and software tool installation

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronic/Electronics/Computer Engineering or other relevant engineering field
• Basic knowledge programming language such as C, C++, Phyton
• Preferred 2-3 years of working experience
• Experience on Electronic Circuitry Analysis and able to understand schematic diagram
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Innovative mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and technical excellence
