Senior Tesla Sales Advisor – Kuching, East Malaysia

As a Tesla Advisor, you will support customers from the moment they walk into our showroom to learn about Tesla. You will help deliver an equally innovative buying experience.

Responsibilities
  • Engage walk‑in guests promptly, personally, and with the goal of opening conversation and ensuring they feel welcome.
  • Help drive business and maximize sales through customer service, product knowledge, merchandise presentation and promotion.
  • Implement all operational policies and procedures to meet customer needs while helping Tesla achieve its goals.
  • Understand guests, their intent and timeline to purchase, and create a robust Customer Profile.
  • Educate and excite guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based on their interests and agenda.
  • Demonstrate mastery of all Tesla products and services, and local incentives for EV owners.
  • Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling test drives for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential.
  • Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely sales and delivery information is available to management.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry.
  • Self‑starter with exceptional time‑management skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business‑critical deadlines.
