• 5-8 years of related working experiences as a Quantity Surveyor.

• Construction estimating and costing experience.

Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of tender administration including cost estimate, BQ preparation.
• Responsible for site visit and tender briefing.
• Review tenders and proposals for accuracy.
• Analyze and negotiate with suppliers/sub-contractors pricing.
