SENIOR TENDER EXECUTIVE (Mechanical and Electrical Services in Construction)

To review on tender documents and prepare the most competitive bid.

To review and understand on the design of the mechanical services (ACMV, Plumbing, Fire Protection, etc) in the tender.

To prepare costing, vendor selection, technical & commercial clarifications.

To perform technical specification evaluation to suit with client’s technical requirement.

To minimize percent of non-compliance vendor regards to lead time, product specification & price.

To onward follow up with the client & consultant on the status after the tender submission.

To attend for the tender interview / clarification and giving presentation on the proposal.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Degree/ Diploma level in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.

Required skill(s): Auto-cad, MS Office, etc.

Required language: Malay, English

At least 1-5 Years of relevant working experience.

Resourceful and able to work independently under minimum supervision, organized and attention to details

Able to work under pressure to achieve datelines.
