A national printing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Technology Sales & Business Development Executive to meet sales targets for scanning and document management solutions. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology-related roles, along with familiarity in document management systems. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals for scanning, storage, and EDMS solutions.
Understand Client Needs: Identify client challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
Build Relationships: Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Present Solutions: Deliver clear presentations and demos of products and services.
Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends and competitors to find new opportunities.
Coordinate with Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Ensure Compliance: Make sure solutions meet regulatory requirements.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Equivalent work experience in sales or technology-related roles may be considered in place of formal education.
Additional certifications in sales, document management systems, or IT solutions (e.g., CRM, EDMS training) are a plus.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in document scanning, storage, or EDMS solutions.
Experience working with industries like healthcare, pharmaceuticals, legal, or finance is an advantage.
Familiarity with document management systems, cloud storage, or related technologies is a plus.
