A leading telecommunications provider in Subang Jaya is seeking an experienced professional to lead demand management and CAPEX planning for Radio Access Network (RAN) strategies. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with a strong focus on Radio Access technologies and data analytics for performance evaluation. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovative RAN solutions and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance network efficiency and customer experience.

The role involves leading and managing demand management, annual and long-range CAPEX plan and strategies for Radio Access Network (RAN) domain, including developing advanced RAN solutions and other emerging access technologies. Responsibilities include performing traffic & cost modelling, simulations, and data-driven impact assessments to evaluate technology performance, integration feasibility, and alignment with business requirements. You will also translate commercial needs into engineering considerations, guide implementation decisions for current and future network architectures, and collaborate with stakeholders to promote customer experience, network efficiency, and identify growth opportunities. Leveraging analytics will support business and network decisions and drive operational and cost efficiency across the network architecture.
