Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to analyse and document complex business processes and data needs.
• Evaluate existing workflows and processes, recommending improvements for efficiency and technology enablement.
• Utilize technical background and analytical skills to interpret data relevant to business operations.
• Lead and inspire project teams through all phases, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Design and conduct workshops for the adoption of new systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business process maps.
