Department: BD Maintenance

Working Days: 5 days per week

• Carry out daily preventive maintenance tasks assigned by the superior/Manager.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair and servicing for:
• Electrical and lighting systems
• Roller shutters & dock levellers
• Air-conditioning systems
• Civil works (tiling, painting, minor carpentry)
• Plumbing and sanitary systems
• Assist in troubleshooting and corrective works.
• Support/assist contractors/vendors during on-site works.
• Record and update daily maintenance checklists and job completion reports.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards during all maintenance activities.
• Perform any maintenance-related tasks assigned by superior, including office arrangement, office repair, and general facility upkeep.
• Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory

Requirements

• Certificate in Chargeman / Wireman / Building Maintenance (advantage).
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in building or facility maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, air-conditioning, roller shutters, plumbing, and general facilities.
• Hands‑on, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
• Pro‑active and strong problem‑solving mindset.
