Execute the Equipment Quality Management (EQM) plan for all production tools, fixtures, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Plan and organize maintenance activities to uphold high-quality workmanship and production standards. Ensure all equipment and machinery operate at maximum efficiency and availability.

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, performing professional repairs to minimize production downtime. Liaise with the production supervisor to address maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.

Ensure that all machine parameters are accurately maintained to meet production requirements and specifications.

Set up and operate injection molding machines, monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure high production output and quality, troubleshoot injection molding-related issues, work with Quality to inspect product inspections, and take corrective actions.

To hands‑on assembly machine mechanical parts & components, install the machine wiring and electrical panel, to do wiring base on the Electrical Diagram, to perform all assembly jobs for all parts to meet the delivery date.

To ensure all parts or components using the right assembly detail and must follow the Work Instruction, SOP, company standards, and changeover model.

Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring, lab inventory, and testing required to maintain compliance with DOE regulations governing the wastewater treatment process.

Collects samples and identifies concentrations of chemical, physical, or biological characteristics of wastewater required in accordance with DOE requirements.

Gathers and tests wastewater samples for plant efficiency reports as required in accordance with DOE requirements, performs quality control tests on lab equipment, and lab analyses.

IT staff has to handle computers and servers. Networking, internet lease line and Wireless matters. LaserPrinter, Label Printer and Dot Matrix Printer, and other related IT peripherals.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mould Technology/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronic/Industrial/Chemical/Environmental/Information Technology/Networking/Computer) and equivalent.

Certification in CePIETSO (PCP), CEPSO & BOILERMAN (WWTP) will be added advantage.

Those without the above qualification but with equivalent working experience in related field will also be considered.

At least 2 ~ 4 years of working experience is required for this position.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
