As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to service technicians, maintain test stations, and work with the US tech support team and new product transfer to Malaysia.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Failure/Repair Reports and other documents
- Perform detailed Failure Analysis on the products and generate repair reports as required
- Provide feedback to corporate Technical Support on Service Bulletins, Tech Memos, and other documents
Test Station Support
- Work with US Corporate technical support team on test stand installation and qualification to support new and existing products
- Maintain existing test stations
Technical support
- Key technical interface between US Corporate Tech Support Team and Local Repair Team
- Provide technical support to service technicians by answering technical questions, troubleshooting, and resolving problems via phone, email, or in-person
Training
- Provide technical training on new and existing products to Service Technicians
- Train technicians on new Service Bulletins and Technical Memos
- Trains and certifies assembly operators on Product Repair Processes
- May be involved in customer installation and training programs
Skills You Bring:
- Engineering Degree
- Experience in RF and digital electronic products is preferred
- Good computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
