Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field.
Minimum 5 years of Python development with an AI/ML focus.
Proven experience with vibe coding and productive AI tool usage.
Expertise in ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain.
Experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompts, RAG, agents).
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
Knowledge of MLOps tools and CI/CD for AI models.
Data engineering skills (preprocessing, feature engineering, pipelines).
Proficiency in databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector DBs).
Experience in API development (FastAPI, Flask, REST).
Good containerisation knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes).
Testing and code quality expertise (pytest, unittest).
Version control (Git, GitLab/GitHub).
Nice to have: CV or NLP experience.

What you'll be doing

As part of IT Innovation projects, you will join the AI Factory/Innovation team as an AI Python Developer. You will be responsible for the development, integration and optimization of artificial intelligence models for various business use cases. You will work in an agile mode, closely collaborating with Data Scientists, solution architects, and business and IT teams from other CACEIS divisions. You will play a key role in the industrialisation and deployment of AI solutions into production.

As a vibe coding expert, you have full command of generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate development while maintaining high quality standards. You are able to break down complex problems into clear instructions for the AI and to validate/optimise the generated code.
