A recruitment firm is seeking an experienced professional to oversee technical standards and operational policies in a medical laboratory. This role demands a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or related fields, alongside 12-15 years in medical testing, with 5-6 years in a supervisory capacity. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership and communication skills, ensuring high standards of quality control and supporting technical issues effectively. The position is located in Selangor, Malaysia.
Primarily responsible for Group technical standard and operational policies, quality control and assurance. Maintain close liaison with HQ main laboratory divisions, branches nationwide and regional branches on test results quality standards, provide assistance, trouble-shoot and support on technical issues and matters and to ensure a high standard of technical excellence practices in the Group. To participate in the Technical Committee and provide the necessary report, advise and consul and follow-ups on decisions and recommendations made in the technical Committee.
