We are seeking an innovative Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team, with a primary focus on driving technical excellence and exploring AI-powered process improvements for our Access Definitiv payroll platform. This role is designed for someone with foundational technical knowledge who is eager to grow their expertise in AI and emerging technologies while spending approximately 60% of their time on process optimization and innovation initiatives, with the remaining 40% supporting strategic client implementations.
The successful candidate will work closely with the business to identify and implement process improvements using AI and automation technologies, learning and developing these skills as a core part of the role. You’ll be instrumental in transforming how we deliver payroll solutions by embracing cutting‑edge technologies to create scalable, efficient processes. This role will follow ANZ business hours and comes with a shift allowance to support the working arrangement.
