• Responsible for the strategic direction of operating systems in a company.
• Understand business needs, create and manage tools, confer with users, and study system flow, data usage, and work processes following the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure goals such as customer satisfaction, the team's performance, safety, and quality are met.
• Create and maintain accurate and timely reports of program status throughout the complete program lifecycle.
• Manage the program budget and communicate with all stakeholders.
